Shipping Information

We offer standard economic shipping. And in order to ensure you a hassle free shopping experience, for selected countries, we are now including the Customs Duties in the final prices without any price change. No more unexpected charges upon delivery, only delight and ease at your doorstep!

Shipping Methods and Costs

To offer you the best service and ensure fast and safe worldwide deliveries we work with selected local providers in your final shipping destination to provide you the best solution for your designated country. Shipping rates vary based upon shipment type, destination and volume of your purchase and your rate will be automatically calculated based on these specifications at the checkout.

Free Shipping

From time to time, we run free shipping promotions. To be notified by email, simply sign up. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order at checkout. In the event that you need to return an item that you bought during a free shipping promotion, we will not refund the outbound shipping costs (since this was free) and you will be charged a return shipping fee as usual.

Delivery Information

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Estimated delivery times will commence from the date of dispatch and are to be used only as a reference. 

When do we deliver?

Our Online Store ships worldwide, delivering 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The courier does not deliver on festive or pre-festive days. 

Estimated shipping times:

CZ: 2-3 days

EU: 3-5 days

UK, Ireland: 5-7 days

US, CA, MX: 5-12 days

South America: 7-20 days

Australia: 7-12 days

Others: n/a (as per the provider in the shipping destination)

Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Taxes and Duties

Most countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price.

The following countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis:

  • Continental Europe & EU countries

  • United Kingdom

  • United States**

* for orders above 1000AUD the country is served on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

** for orders above 800USD the country is served on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties, as well as well as EU/UK VAT. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Our Online Store ships worldwide and the shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

    Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be completely accurate.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased on our website, you may return your purchase within 14 days from delivery of the items. If you are a customer based in the EU, you also have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs).

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately. Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible. The return shipping costs will be at your expense and will not be reimbursed.

Return instructions

In case of return please contact our team via a contact form on our website and include your order number in the subject field or the body of the message with request for return. Our team will process your request within 48 hours.

 

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit. Boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.

You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. Refunds can only be done on your credit card or on your bank account. 

Cancelling your order under the Distance Selling Regulations

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (DSRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided you give us written notice within 14 working days of receipt.

You must notify Customer Service in writing of your wish to cancel the contract for your entire order under the DSRs within 14 working days of receiving your items. Either email hello@thelennonwall.com or use the contact form.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute.

Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 30 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation. If we do not receive the cancelled order, we may arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Please note that you may only use your right to cancel the order under the DSRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 14 working days of receiving the order, as described above.

Receiving a refund

Once your return has been processed you will receive the reimbursement within 30 days from the date of reception of your parcel from our warehouse and after having verified that all conditions have been met.

You will get the refund credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or on the bank account you provided and will include shipping costs for faulty items or for orders cancelled under the DSRs only. Shipping costs will not be refunded for items returned using our free collection service.

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through us. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. 

Please note credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
